Becky Gillatt runs a number of 3 hour, whole day and evening workshops throughout the year in our jewellery studio. Workshops include cabochon stone setting, spoon making and sea glass setting, all suitable for total beginners and those with some experience.

Learn the art of Batik using melted wax and painting ink on silk to create a beautiful piece of art for your wall.
Batik is an ancient art practice originating in Indonesia and is now growing in popularity as a contemporary art form. On a practical note Lisa will show you how to stretch your silk onto a wooden frame, apply melted wax using tjanting tools and paintbrushes. Then the magic happens when the jewel toned inks flow onto the silk!
A fun workshop making decorations for use on the tree or around the home for this festive season. You will make and take home two small reindeer and two stars – possibly more! These small decorations make adorable displays or perhaps as gifts for family and friends.
Would you like to learn the art of linocut? Come and join Northamptonshire based linocut printmaker Kat Lendacka. You will leave with a selection of prints and greeting cards and a new skill you can keep improving at home! In this workshop, we will be looking at linocuts of animals and you will be creating your own.
This experimental art class with Emma Lindsay will teach children new skills and how to use different materials in fun and varied ways.
We will create a wintery tree landscape using collage and paint techniques.
Following a successful exhibition period, we would now like to offer the main studio as a working space to paint, draw, or simply have time to work on some ideas with others in a mutually supportive creative atmosphere.
