In this workshop Sally will guide you through making 3 colourful abstract tree decorations. The beauty of these pieces is that they all react differently in the kiln and no two are ever the same. You will have access to a wide choice of colours in both transparent and opaque glass to design your own tree ornaments. You will learn how to cut glass and will have access to all of the tools and safety equipment necessary to make your beautiful decorations.

Create a painting capturing the bright and bustling character of these popular feathered friends as they nestle amongst the autumnal teasels. Focus on translucent and radiant qualities of the magical medium of watercolour and the effectiveness of loose and lively brushwork to give your artwork an expressive edge and lustrous colours.

In this workshop with tutor Anne Wagstaff, you will design and make a a beautiful festive tealight holder. You will gain experience working with a wide variety of bullseye glass and in the different techniques of using and cutting glass to create your own unique piece of glass art.
