We are delighted to have Minnie Teckman return as a tutor with this five-week drawing course to get you started and give you confidence.

It is designed to build up your observational drawing skills, as well as exploring and learning techniques.

Each week there will be a different theme such as tone and value, line and texture, form and space.

There will be fun and surprising warm-up activities and you will learn all about mark-making. Minnie is an enthusiastic and patient tutor who believes strongly that everyone can enjoy drawing and find ways to approach sketching and drawing that are unique to them.

The course is designed for newcomers and absolutely no experience is expected. Returners to the course will also have the opportunity to develop the skills they have learnt and learn new approaches to drawing.

It will be a small, friendly informal group and there will be plenty of space for you to work safely indoors. The teaching space is on the ground floor and suitable for disabled access.
